Facilities Management is transitioning to a new online service request system called FM Online.

Registered users will be able to log in and request a range of services, track ongoing requests and view their request history.

FM Online is only accessible to internal UNSW users.

At present not all services are available online. Work on the system continues and services will progressively become available as part of FM Online.

Air conditioning & temperature

Request any changes to the temperature in your office and inform us if air conditioning is not working.

Emergency services

Grounds
