UNSW SitePLAN

The key element of emergency management planning at the University is the UNSW SitePLAN. It is designed to handle an emergency at UNSW requiring a significant and coordinated response.

The UNSW SitePLAN aims to:

• Provide a coordinated response by all relevant agencies to any emergency at UNSW in the shortest possible time to minimise loss of life and/or property.
• Restore UNSW to normal operating standards in an orderly manner in the shortest possible time.

UNSW SitePLAN details the arrangements for 'control and coordination' of the 'response to and recovery from' any emergency at UNSW.
