Information Stalls (tables only)

You must submit your application 10 days prior to the function.

Three spaces for information tables are available at the south-west corner of the Quadrangle outside the Quad Store and Q Lounge and tables at the Library forecourt.

Tables may be manned between 9.00am and 4.00pm and can be hired from Arc.

Your application will only be assessed on completion of the following documentation:

• Outdoor Function Booking Form
• You should also familiarise yourself with the document Outdoor Function - Conditions of use.

Approval takes 3 working days and is emailed to the applicant prior to the event. You must then have the approved form available to be viewed on request by UNSW security staff at any time during the function.
