FM Assist is your one stop shop providing a counter service and call centre for all Facilities Management (FM) enquiries and a range of other UNSW services. It will be one of your most important points of contact, especially if you are new to the University. FM Assist will be operating extended opening hours during enrolment 2014.
The FM Assist Customer Service Counter and Call Centre can help you with:
- Car hire requests
- Issue authorised building access, including after hours and weekend access
- Issue ID cards
- Issue parking permits
- Lost property
- Organise outdoor events
- Paper recycling and confidential waste removal
- Schedule of Events
- Works and maintenance requests
FM Assist is also responsible for facilitating and promoting transport to and from UNSW including private buses and public transportation.
