FM Assist is your one stop shop providing a counter service and call centre for all Facilities Management (FM) enquiries and a range of other UNSW services. It will be one of your most important points of contact, especially if you are new to the University.
The FM Assist Customer Service Counter and Call Centre can help you with:
- Car hire requests
- Issue ID cards
- Issue parking permits
- Lost property
- Organise outdoor events
- Schedule of Events
- Works and maintenance requests
FM Assist is also responsible for facilitating and promoting transport to and from UNSW including private buses and public transportation.

**New Online Payment System Now Available**
Web online payments now available for ID Cards and Lanyards
Staff and Students replacement ID Cards:
UNSW Security and Traffic Management have introduced a web online payment system to allow UNSW staff, contractors and students to pay for their replacement ID cards or to purchase lanyards online before they arrive on campus.
Contractors are required complete the FM Online Contractor Induction Training prior to making a payment. Induction forms are to be signed by the FM Project Manager and presented to the Parking and Transport Management Office. ID cards will not be issued unless the induction form is signed.

The online payment system will generate a receipt and email it to you. You can present the email or receipt to the Parking and Transport Management office.
