FM Assist is your one stop shop providing a counter service and call centre for all Facilities Management (FM) enquiries and a range of other UNSW services. It will be one of your most important points of contact, especially if you are new to the University.

The FM Assist Customer Service Counter and Call Centre can help you with:

  • Car hire requests
  • Issue ID cards
  • Issue parking permits
  • Lost property
  • Organise outdoor events
  • Schedule of Events
  • Works and maintenance requests

FM Assist is also responsible for facilitating and promoting transport to and from UNSW including private buses and public transportation.
