Security
The primary functions of UNSW Security are:
- the protection of all people within the University including staff, students, contractors and visitors
- the protection of property
- the prevention and detection of crime.
Security Officers wear distinctive uniforms to make them readily identifiable.
The Security Department is comprised of four different areas of operation:
- General Security and Patrols
- Shuttle Buses
- Security Systems (Access Control)
- Unibeat Program
