FM Corporate Services

FM Corporate Services functions as the backbone of Facilities Management, providing support services to underpin the activities of the organisation.

It provides the following:

Administration

The Administration team delivers compliant record-keeping services and co-ordinates the general administration requirements of Facilities Management.

FM Finance and Budget

The Finance team provides financial management, budgeting and reporting to support all FM departments. This includes managing our key suppliers, managing FM transactions and auditing requirements.

Contract Management

The review and registration of FM contracts is co-ordinated by FM Coporate Services in order to support future procurement and management reporting.

FM Online

Allows users to order certain FM products and services online via one dedicated, easy-to-use interface.

Information Technology

The FM IT department supports specialist FM systems including FM Online, CARDAX, the Energy Management System and CBACS.

Procurement

Our qualified specialist provides procurement and probity advice for tendering in construction and related services. We work to NSW Government standards. We also work with other areas of the organisation to apply sustainability principles across the entire supply chain, thereby delivering a smaller ecological footprint.

Training

FM Training Services delivers a comprehensive annual program to support both the OHS and service delivery requirements of the Department.
