Utilities Management
The Utilities Management Unit:
- purchases electricity and gas at the most competitive rates
- prepares consumption and cost reports
- tenders for the supply of electricity and gas on a regular basis
- verifies the accuracy of all utility accounts
- produces utility consumption and cost reports for cost recovery from commercial and other tenants on campus
- manages energy and water audits
- maximises the efficiency of energy and water consumption on campus via education and programs.
