TRIRIGA FM Online

Welcome to the TRIRIGA Project information page. July 2006 we kicked off a project to deploy an Integrated Property and Facilities Management System to manage and control a range of operational requirements across FM whilst enhancing the decision-making processes and operational functions of the department.
FM OnlineThe system selected to enable FM to effectively achieve these goals and expected service levels is TRIRIGA; a modular, web-based system that addresses the business functions related to facilities management, asset and space tracking, projects and operations and maintenance.

TRIRIGA provides a smooth flow of real-time information across locations, divisions, processes, people and projects enabling significant improvement to customer service.

TRIRIGA will refine and automate existing facilities management processes, based on proven best practice. The system will also help to automate the production and delivery of management reports. We anticipate significant benefits will be gained in the review of existing processes and the introduction of new processes and transactions. Over time, the TRIRIGA solution will grow as needed, to cover other campus-wide activities such as Real Estate management and Mobility integration.
