Campus 2020 UNSW Kensington Campus Development Control Plan (Download here - 20mb PDF) The Development Control Plan provides a strong framework for the planning and design of the Kensington Campus for the next 15 years. Its recommendations incorporate the valuable feedback the University received from staff and students throughout the consultation process. COFA Master Plan (Download here - 716kb PDF)

A master plan was undertaken by the University in consultation with the local community and the City of Sydney Council, for the redevelopment of the College of Fine Arts (COFA) located on the Greens Road site in Paddington. The University refined three master plan options for the site, which were designed after a series of meetings with Paddington residents.

The formalised master plan was lodged as Development Control Plan (DCP) for the COFA Campus in Paddington and was approved by The City of Sydney in April 2006.

The redeveloped campus may include a new art gallery housing a permanent collection, along with student exhibitions, student studio spaces, a library and artist-in-residence apartments
